I've been bringing my baby, a pretty rare '06 Volvo S60R, to Minhs for over a year now, and I'm so glad I found them. They're honest, thorough and reliable, and they explain everything clearly. I go to them for regular maintenance, but they've also gone above and beyond on some bigger jobs I've needed to get my car back to running the way Volvo intended. Plus they're generally nice guys to deal with. I was looking for a shop in the area I could trust which also understood the many little nuances of my car, and it's nice to have a little peace of mind with them.

Im not usually one to write a review however I feel like this was more than necessary. When you buy a high end vehicle and you warranty is up you want to make sure the work is handled by professionals who could work in that vehicles service center. From the first time I started to bring my LR4 to MINHS they have been nothing but upfront, transparent and professional. I wont bore you with all the details however this last service tested everyone's patients and in the end they stood by their word, got it done! I want to give a special shout out to James, Nick and the entire crew for getting that pesky light to disappear! #muchappreciated . Happy New Year!!

My Porsche is 16 years old and it looks and runs like it did when it had 15 miles on the odometer, with this type of car you cannot have the wrong people making repairs, the mechanics and the customer service are professionals and I tell people who have their cars that have gone past the dealer warranty that MINHS is the place you want to have your car serviced, quality technicians and a 3 year nationwide warranty on anything they repair why would take your valuable possession any where else.

I had just purchased a BMW 320i and was looking for a shop in NYC. When I arrived with the car, Nick was immediately helpful, efficient, and happy to do a courtesy inspection of the vehicle that day. He emphasized that the shop is careful, thorough, and ethical. The shop is clean, organized, and there were lots of people working on cars. Everyone seemed relaxed and to be enjoying the work. That is amazing to see. There was absolutely no pressure and everything was communicated clearly and crisply. A real pleasure. I would already highly recommend.

Brought my car in for a broken tail light. Everyone was efficient and super friendly. The part was ordered, I was called to come, and the car was fixed in such a short time. Nick listened to my concerns and was reasonable and attentive to them. I am very happy with the service!

Broke my hood and did not tell me it was broken. When I inquired about it, they offered to fix it for $500! Rip off! Exuberant prices for minor work.

Just picked up my 2004 321c Beemer and couldn’t be happier with how beautifully the car is running and how attentive they were to my concerns. James took care of me in his usual thorough manner , but Chris, Nick and Tam have also been great to me in the past. No concern is overlooked or dismissed. My car runs like it’s brand new. When I’m at a stop sign or light I still can barely tell if the engine is running, it’s so quiet. I can’t imagine a more thorough servicing or a better qualified staff. I first came here after a nightmare with a BMW dealer, and have been coming back since. For price, thoroughness and service you can’t find anywhere better.

Very knowledgeable. Fairly priced and professional. It was like leaving your kids at day care for the first time, but James quickly made me feel like I made the right choice. These guys know what they are doing.
