Outrageously professional! I always get a detailed email with pictures and descriptions explaining what is wrong with my car. James, Vinny, and Nick are always super friendly, and go out of their way to help me. I wouldn't trust anyone else to work on my car.

2006 BMW X3 Linked up with James, could not be happier with the service. They know the lingo and the common problems with BMW. Was my first time using their service but I will be back for more. They are a little bit more expensive then some other technicians but that is expected. Their vehicle diagnosis report that is sent to the customer is great and they walk you through what's needed now and what can wait. Overall... 5/5 Will update this review as we continue our relationship.

Tam and the team at MINHS are top mechanics in Brooklyn. Professional, thorough, and honest, they have dealt with every issue that has arisen with my 5-speed '04 Audi Allroad for the last 100,000 miles I put on it. I recommend them to anyone that needs a mechanic in Brooklyn without hesitation.

Extremely friendly service. Vinny was my contact, and he broke down everything that needed to be fixed on my vehicle, and things that need to be considered later on. The best part was the pictures. They are visual proof that what they're mentioning to you is a real problem. Too many mechanics just ramble off jargon and most of them are just lying to take advantage of you. Not these guys.
