The staff and Mgmt.were very professional,the treatment I received about my car was excellent,they broke down all the faults of the car and explained in detail what they were going todo to repair them, When I received my mini, I felt very comfortable in driving it.

5 stars. We strongly recommend Minh’s Automotive. We’ve been taking our car to Minh’s Automotive for a long time now. After years of hit or miss work with NY mechanics, we are grateful to have discovered Minh’s. They bring the same level of excellence and care to our late model, family car that they do to high end, luxury vehicles. Finding parts for our car is difficult and Nick and Vinnie have always been able to locate whatever is needed and install it at a fair price and usually faster than they estimate. They always take the time to explain in detail what is needed, giving a printout of the estimate with photos of the areas and parts to be worked on. The mechanics at Minh’s are talented, efficient, and offer superior customer service.

I am keeping my post up but adding this to it - I have been bringing my Toyota to Minhs for over8 years and there is no other mechanic I trust with this old workhorse. When I'm out of town, I do band aids if needed to get it back to the boys in Brooklyn. Trust them! They are the real deal. A year ago I wrote: In 2008, I returned to NYC from NC in my old '98 Camry. It was puttering and stuttering as we pulled into town. The Toyota dealer said time for a new car - this one was done. Not ready to part with this old pal, a friend recommended MIHNS. 6.5 years and 86,000 miles later, my Camry is still going strong. yes, we've rebuilt a few things along the way; the usual suspects of shocks and struts, a battery, the alternator. But these excellent mechanics have kept us going - I drive to Detroit (where I hail from) on just over a tank of gas; I drive two major trips a year and countless runs around NYC (when I've got this baby, why bike?). They are without a doubt, the best mechanics I've ever come across (the car has lived in three states). They are fast, reliable, fair. We only fix the necessary, not the cosmetic. The prices are more than competitive. In this day and age of never-ending recalls, there's something to be said for about the guys that have kept this car alive and in fabulous shape - we're headed towards 250,000 miles before we will actually evaluate letting it go. With MIHNS, I know I'll get there. Thank you, guys, for being such a great team!
