I am a recent transplant to Manhattan and brought my car along. I had always had it serviced at a BMW dealer, but after hearing other owners experiences with the dealers in the area I decided that it was time to look elsewhere. I worked with Mike Wildman at MINHS and he was fantastic. Very fair in his prices and the quality of the work has so far proven to be excellent. I don't know a lot of people with cars in the city, but I will tell all I speak with about MINHS, (even though I would really like to keep them a secret so that I don't have to wait a long time to get in to see them in the future)

They gave honest feedback on the issues, and advised me regards what's necessary and what's not (instead of typically pushing to spend more as many shops do). Also, the actual cost of fixing was way lower than official service stations (I had earlier got a quote from Mercedes Benz Manhattan in midtown who's prices were ridiculous as compared to MINHs). I'm coming back here every time!

I had been having problems with my BMW X5. My old mechanic from the neighborhood, who did good work with my Explorer, was out of his depth working on my X5. I took it to MINHS and they repaired my car and I was confident they knew what they were doing.
