The technicians are very knowledgeable, especially with German cars. They seem to know about even the strangest of issues experienced in particular models and years. The quality of work is on-par/better than what most dealerships provide. The labor costs will be more than your n'hood auto-shop, but less than dealerships.The team is professional, approachable and patient with customers. Work site is well kept and organized.

I had a wonderful experience and Tam gave me the advice I needed to the additional repairs needed on the car. I was in no way pressured into getting any additional work at the time of service. The price was also affordable.

MINHS was professional, honest and straightforward

The service was very professional. Mike the service manager, was able to set expectations for finding, fixing, time required to fix as well as the cost. They are a talented crew of technicians that left my car in great shape. As part of their service they perform a complete check of my car and told me about the things that may need to be done in the future. The work I needed done was more than I expected but no where near the cost it would have been to bring my Audi to the dealership. I will go back for any other servicing on my car.

They always deliver as promised and are polite and accommodating.
