Excellent service always

I've been going to Minhs for over a decade for my BMW's. They're a fantastic independent shop and I would highly recommend them to anyone with a German car. Their shop is super clean. Their staff are professional and courteous. They even washed my car as a courtesy for the last service. Their service is top notch. They send you pictures of your car when suggesting any work and their invoicing is always straight forward.

What a seamless experience. These guys are on it!

My car has been here three times (Dec 2022, Jan 23 and Feb 23) and while the team is pleasant, shares images and calls to confirm work, my low coolant light continued to come on all the way up thru Feb. My brakes (replaced in Dec) are still squeaking, and I now have a new issue (acceleration hesitation) in Feb that they returned to me not able to find anything. I had hesitation as soon as I got it back (within 24 hours). This place was recommended to me by THREE different people who drive BMW'S. I'M NOT SURE what my issue is...but my car is not fix except the coolant light no longer comes on.

The crew at Minh's are great. Super professional and very willing to go the extra mile to make sure the job is done right and you get your car back fixed and ready to go. Kevin looks after my Mini when it's in the shop. He's super responsive. I highly recommend Minh's!
