Our 2016 GTI had a damaged clutch and starter. The MINHS team started the diagnosis with a full car inspection and sent us a complete report that included the causes for the car failure and the fixes required, as well as a list of maintenance work needed in the near future, including the associated cost for each item. The team clearly understands the importance of customer service and treated us with respect and friendliness. They gave us a thorough explanation of their recommendations and the reasons for the costs. While their service fees are not inexpensive, they do reflect the high quality of their work. Our car is now working well again.
