I brought my 2008 Porsche 911 in for a NYS inspection and possible changing of my motor mounts. The mounts ended up being fine after almost 78K miles, but the front brakes and rear struts needed replacement. Nick and his team were very good about documenting, diagnosing, and explaining everything. I really liked the web-based "car health" summary. Even when I discovered some grease stains on the interior when I picked up the car, Nick was quick to clean everything himself. It should not have happened in the first place, but he solved the issue quickly, which is what matters. The car feels great now.
