Jeff, the technician with whom I worked, was a model of reserved professionalism. Minh's did a complete diagnostic and the verdict was "If the car was four years newer and had 50,000 fewer miles I would recommend doing the work. But it's not and it doesn't so I suggest you be happy that you got the production you did from it and move on to a replacement vehicle." Jeff even gave me a break on the diagnostic charges after delivering his assessment. Minh's is worth the drive if you have a European vehicle and live in the city. It is a clean, well-run, honest shop. Yes. Really. We don't live in a perfect world, but Minh's is what we want an auto shop to be.
