The Entire team at entire team at MINHS Seem to go out of their way to ensure great customer service. I have had my vehicles serviced by them for over 10 years. And I’ve referred them without question to numerous friends. They are detail oriented and break things down And taking the time to explain and show you somethings that might be out of your personal experience or technical scope. They also keep detailed records your car and give you alerts and heads up on upcoming service needs. From small things like reminders on inspection stickers; so you don’t get that in expected ticket or oilchanges to larger items so you can budget accordingly. They I have consistently proven themselves to be a service station above the rest

It is true what the other reviews say, they do always answer the phone! Great communication and a good experience. Got a fair price and never felt there was any upsell coming. I worked directly with Luke, but Eric was also helpful on the phone. Only thing keeping this from 5 stars was a delay in the supply-chain of a part which was dealt with professionally. I will definitely use MINHS in the future.

Excellent service..my car is running great !!

My car has almost 100k miles. I gave up on service from my dealer bc it was too expensive and I wasn’t getting personalized attention. MINHS is perfect bc they know me and my car and can do everything the dealer can but for much less money (we drive a 2012 Volvo XC90) They also a cool bunch of dudes!
