I was extremely impressed and looking forward to my next visit. All of my questions were answered in a manner that I could understand and I did not feel pressured to get any work done. I was excited when I saw that my can had been washed and I felt confident driving my car on the highway in the fog. Spectacular service.

After years of being ripped off by Dealer shops and trying mechanics in Brooklyn, I finally found MINHS. I’ve been going here for 5 years, these guys ares the best. Totally professional, honest and a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fantastic service as always. I first brought my gti in 2018 with a heating issue and a stage 1 tune. Chris kept me up to date on the status and found the issue that VW Manhattan could not find in 2 separate occasions. They were even cool with me bringing the car to VW with their report and I called corporate to get VW to pay for it, which they did. So now, I bring my GTI to Minhs for all my car stuff. Merry Christmas!

They always keep you updated, Service and parts are backed up with photos. Notes and reminders on service needs come via email. 5 stars all around I constantly recommend them to friends and coworkers

The guys at Minhs have been looking after my Saturn SL2 for about 12 or 13 years, maybe more. Thanks to them I've been able to keep this car on the road for such a long time. February 2020 would have been her 22nd year. We almost made it. I had a major problem with the brakes and decided it was time to make a charitable donation. The brakes weren't working and it was no longer safe to drive, Minhs let me keep the car in their lot and arrange for it to be towed away. The staff have always been very helpful and conscientious when working on my vehicle. I can recommend them to anyone. John Kerr

Repeat customer of MINHS. They are cheaper and more honest than the VW Dealership. They seem to have more technical expertise as well. They are very communicative about the work they’re doing on your car, and they certainly care about keeping their customers happy!
