I happened upon MINHS while online trying to find an Audi service specialist for my 2013 Audi. Before we even get into the mechanical servicing aspect, I will say that the customer service at MINHS rivals that of Fortune 500 companies--nevermind an auto mechanic shop in the heart of Brooklyn. You are greeted by name when you call them and their service was professional, prompt and courteous. While in the shop, they performed a multi-point inspection which was far more thorough and transparent than similar dealership reports I've had. They even identified issues, some I knew of (from prior service) that Audi didn't even identify when specifically asked toinvestigate. While my initial issue for the service call remains somewhat elusive, I have the utmost confidence in MINHS, will use them again and highly recommend them if you are looking for a reliable shop in the area.

Wonderful experience, no nonsense. They explained that I need a certain part replaced at some point in the near future, but did no pressure me to proceed due to budgeting concerns, as well as how often we use the car.
