Best repair /maintanence shop in Brooklyn ..possibly the tristate area.James was my tech/advisor.. I needed my starter replaced.Next day was leaving to take my daughter on a college tour.James expedited the process quickly and very professionally. Starter was done same day ..Original BMW parts ..Cannot say enough good things about this shop.Dont waste your time and money anywhere else.

Been using these guys for years to service my 2 AUDIS. Great guys, honest quotes, quick and efficient work. They take time to go over more cost saving options and are willing to work with highly rated aftermarket parts (which can save a ton of money). Hourly labor charges are about half of what the Dealer charges. They know their vehicles and are very pleasant to work with. Highly recommend going to them over the Dealer (or the friend of your Cousin's neighbor :) ).

Everyone at the shop was professional and knowledgeable. The diagnosis of my GTI was thorough and clearly laid out in their report. Overall I was happy with everything and would definitely recommend.

I brought my car in and I was told that they have to check a few things put to make sure what needs to be fixed. They are thorough and I know that whatever it is it will be taken care of properly. I'm going to take it back Monday and see what needs to be taken care of. As I have said before, I keep going back because they provide excellent service.
