Been coming to Minh's since 2011 and we are extremely grateful we found them. Honest, extremely thorough and competent. Best mechanics hands down. Customer service is top notch. Highest recommend ever!!!!!!

Ladies go here! These guys are respectful and helpful, not condescending and bullish. I dealt primarily with Anthony but everyone in the shop is super helpful and knowledgeable. They even held my car for a couple extra days after the city got nailed with a blizzard. I'll be back.

The shop is as spotless as possibly can be, and the workers are both knowledgeable and efficient. They take photos of the parts of your car that they work on so they could explain to you later what they saw and have done. You would feel as comfortable entrusting them your car as your dealership, except they are better located. The price is on par with dealership - it was $50 to change oil on my 14 yr old car - definitely not the cheapest around. They are super busy, and getting an appointment could be a challenge. Because of where they are, and because they are so busy, before and after they work on your car, they will park it in the street in the neighborhood.

MINHS has been servicing my 12 year old BMW X5 for 8 years ( once my BMW warranty expired ) and its always a great experience, and I am constantly blown away with everyone's knowledge of BMW's !!

The guys were super nice and helpful and the car was fixed quickly. This was my second visit and will be my go to place for anything car related.

You basically see nothing but high-end imports at this shop, and there's good reason for that. Quality, honest service. I take my Land Rover LR3 to these guys, and they know the vehicle well. Tranny service, control arms with poly bush, differentials, etc. Everything expertly removed and installed with great care to the truck. I was throwing a knock sensor code, and asked them to swap the sensor out. Got a call a day later letting me know that the sensor itself was fine, and it just needed a rewire at the harness. They could have taken my money, but instead saved me close to $500 in parts and labor. The warranty on installed parts is not to be under estimated either. As long as I'm in Brooklyn, this is my shop. Thanks for the service, fellas.

Nice guys, they took care of my car as if it was there own. Cons: no waiting area. 3 hours wait time. Pro: they fix my cigarette outlet(nonsmoker) no charge. Thank goodness they gave me a complimentary snack & beverage card to a cafe/coffee shop.
