This was one of best experiences I had at a shop. I'm pretty selective about where I take my Audi. I live in Queens, but my coworker told me to check this place out. Some places don't know what they're doing but Vinny was very professional and hooked me up. He explained why I kept getting a hard shift with my car. The digital inspection also gave me a first hand look at everything he was telling me. Every person on his team was knowledgeable and efficient.

I stupidly put engine oil into the engine coolant compartment of our 2014 Audi Q5. After taking it to the Audi Brooklyn service center, where they are also very efficient, professional and do a fantastically thorough, I was landed with rather a hefty cost to remedy the situation - likely a fair one. I wanted to get another cost just for good reference and located MINHS online. I called and spoke with James, about ten minutes before closing. He dealt with my inquiry thoroughly, patiently, and gave me a fully justified cost estimate and thoroughly and booked an appointment. Once I dropped it off at their clean and professional shop, got setup in about ten minutes, again all very professional. No sense at all that you are being dealt with completely honesty. A few days later James provided a clear, in-layman’s-terms diagnosis and final cost estimate, which ended up being 2/3rds of what I was quoted for the same work down the road. They not only took care of the issue, they gave the car a great clean and an inspection highlighting potential near future issues to keep in mind. I am happy with Audi Service center, but the cost is noticeably higher. I could not be happier with the service of MINHS and James and will 100% be a return customer.

I will stand by the quality of their work. If you are a form believer of you get what you pay for this is the place for you. Everyone is professional and friendly. They will take the time to walk you through all the work that may need to be done or that you may want to consider and there is no pressure to go through and they will indicate if something is truly urgent. They take cars old and new. They are really expensive compared to others in the area. You get text notifications as reminders and you get electronic reports you can access through your phone. Convenient.

As a woman, I was nervous about getting over-charged or over sold on repairs. MINHS Automotive staff members were all professional, honest (yes - honest) and provided me with all of the information I needed to make a decision on what needed to be done. My lead mechanic was Anthony and he answered every question I had and was really great in his communication with me over the phone and in person. Overall - I was very happy with the quality of the work done on my 2003 Mercedes ML350. Keep up the good work guys! I'll be back.
