I was looking around for shops that focus on Germany cars; especially VW because not everyone works on them. When I called up James answers and explained my problem was anti-coolant leak and he advised on what they will do check the problem. James called me a couple days later to let me they ran a free diagnostic and had some issues, mainly my water pump. I got my water pump replaced, air filter, and cabin filter. They did a great job no issues with the car since. On a side note these guys are super honest and helpful. Thank you so much everyone will definitely be back!!!

These guys are the best - they conducted a PPI on a used car for me and saved me $15k in repair costs. And it was a car from a local dealer too, so it was great that they were so honest about it. I bring the BMW I ended up buying here now and they always do a great job. Last time they pointed out that the Pepboys where I got an emergency tire replaced put the wrong size tire on my car - with their help, I got a free set of new tires. Really go above and beyond! The only downside is by giving 5 stars it might be harder to get an appointment! But really, they deserve it. Great spot all around.

First time using MINHS, absolutely a top-notch professional operation. Easy online appointment request got us in ASAP. Thorough, patient, straight-forward communication all along. I immediately felt confident that they know what they are doing and we were in good hands. I cannot recommend highly enough. I’ll always bring my Volvo here.

It's a great shop. Very personalized service. Had 2 long conversations with Chris who couldn't have been more there in explaining everything and also did his best to save us $. They are costly for sure, but honest and efficient and do a great job. Seriously! Not easy to find these days! They service our 2006 Volvo V50.

As always, the guys here- super friendly and welcoming. Their service great, they aren’t “Money predators” looking to suck in every cent.
