I had the the pleasure of working with Chis Scotti, MINHS Service Advisor. I brought my car in for a smog check and oil change. Chris sent me a detailed service report of my entire car with pictures at no added charge! I didn’t ask and certainly wasn’t expecting a detailed report. The smog check and oil change was completed at the upfront agreed upon price. I was presented with the option to proceed with the additional repairs MINHS suggested, new front brake pads and rotors, both front control arms, and one front axle. These additional repairs weren’t immediately necessary for my vehicle to continue operating. However it was obvious I was dealing with a straight shooting professional and I went forward with the additional repairs. The parts and labor cost was presented to me upfront in an easy to follow detailed report. MINHS kept me updated at every step with text reminders and a phone call along with a text upon completion. Chris repaired the car in an expedited timeline and did everything he said he would. This was my first experience with MINHS Automotive and damn it was awesome. I’ll never let another garage/mechanic touch my car again. Do yourself a favor at the very least and give these guys a call. You’ll be happy you did.

It's a clean looking efficient shop where you are treated with personal care. The technicians gave me a full diagnosis and were not pushy when declined some suggested work. (I am the original owner of a 2005 Mini) My wife has been leery about going to car shops because of a certain pervasive atmosphere toward women. She felt perfectly comfortable here.

Great place, they really care and they know their stuff. They do not mansplain or talk down to women. I appreciate that.
