This is a friendly no ripoff auto shop. I have been a client for several years which started with my Saab. This was the only should that was equipped to service this class of car. I go there to server my nissan. I get reminders when its time for service and good discounts.

As someone who tends to be skeptical of mechanics and particular about keeping my Audi in good order I have been very happy with my experience at MINHS. They have been very responsive, fair, and fast. Michael is very clear and always very professional. I recommend them whenever I can and have never been disappointed.

I have been using Minhs this past year after relying on the Audi dealer for service. The staff at Minhs are amazing! They are so respectful and courteous; I only wish I found them sooner! They do really great work and charge considerably less than the Audi dealer. I am not a car person, so I really appreciate them taking the time to show me the issues on my vehicle. I highly recommend them if you drive an Audi!

Use these guys for maintenance, inspections etc... always good experience. On time, stick to estimate, good work. Even clean the car. I recommend highly.

I have been a client for nearly six years with a Saab and a Mazda. They have always been honest and reliable. I appreciate that the service advisors follow up with me after repairs to make sure everything is OK, and they remind me when maintenance is due. Scheduling appointments is very easy on their website, which they confirm via email and text.

Hands down, the best auto repair shop experience ever. First off, super nice people there, personable, competent and without the usual "I am an expert" arrogance. After I had dropped off my Audi, they sent me a courtesy check up report and broke down must have fixes and nice to haves. Frankly, it was way more expensive than I had expected and thus, I had them only address the must haves (which obviously included fixing the issue I came for in the first place). When I picked up the car, John walked me through what they had done and gave me a freshly cleaned (yes, interior and exterior) car back. Next day I got a follow up call and they asked me whether everything was fine (which it was). My only caveat would be that I feel the prices are a bit on the top end of things - which you would expect from an operation like this - but which I might not always be able to afford. This said, with a serious or complex issue, I would only come here from now on forward.

I have been going to MINHS auto automotive for 6 to 7 years I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire team is on point. Vinny or Mike always take the time to give me a clear complete breakdown of the items that need to be repaired in addition to makeing me aware of upcoming maintenance so I can budget accordingly. Everything they do and have done has been documented for a number of the vehicles that I've taken to them. They are always my first recommendation when ever anyone asks me for a mechanic .

It's the only place I would take my BMW X5. They are meticulous, courteous and explain everything they are doing and keep excellent records. Most important I trust them. There have been occasions where I know they could have gotten away with charging me more but didn't gouge me. I appreciate that.

I tried a number of repair shops in Brooklyn. This place is organized. The prices aren't crazy. They'll have it done when they say they will. They'll explain everything in a manner you can understand. They understand their clientele. They understand running a business in 2014. Their use of e-mail, texts, through their website works. My 2004 Honda Accord is always running and it's never had a problem on the road. I bring this car in for regular oil changes following Honda guidelines and my needs rarely rise above that. If the car needs something more than that I usually know ahead of time because the mechanics at Minhs have a good system for helping you to anticipate this that and the other months ahead of time.

So happy i found these guys. Usually I'll only complain about places online, but I'd like others to be able to have a reliable and honest mechanic so I'd like to share a positive review. My x5 goes no where else since its warranty ran out and I have zero hesitation in recommending this place. Check all the BMW forums and they'll say the same- one of the best NYC area garages. No nonsense, well informed and professional.
