very Professional...They provide .clear explanations of all discovered issues and possible areas to watch... including a clear diagnostic print out of parts needed and cost per issue...including ...recommended repair me first issues... They are a little high on the cost side...but less than the dealer... It was really good. when I walked in, i was a bit skeptical as I didn't know what to expect. But the advisor Michael was very professional, polite and nice at the same. took his time explaining what things need to be done on my vehicle. I will definitely come back here, infact i am going again this weekend. Oh and they are open saturdays which is very convenient.
