Brooklyn Auto Repair

On moving day I woke up to a totally flat tire and needed it dealt with fast. MINHS determined it couldn't be patched (oh well) but got delivery on a new pair really quick so that they had me out by 2 PM same day. (That day's move was not ideal, but at least it happened.) On top of that, one of the new tires came up with a nail in it almost immediately. A few days later, they called ME to find out how the tires were working out. When they heard about the nail, they patched it for me free of charge. I've always found the staff at MINHS super careful to explain options and make pricing very clear. They've built my confidence over the past few years so that I turn to them for every kind of auto service.

I live in Upper Manhattan and work in Westchester County, but I still bring my Mini Cooper to MINHS in South Slope Brooklyn to be serviced because they take great care of my car and their customer service is excellent.

In my several experiences with bringing my car to Minh's for either routine maintenance or immediate repair, they have been reliable, professional, and accomodating. It is not low cost, but reasonable for the quality and amount of service time and parts. These guys know their stuff and are willing to explain their findings in layman's terms. Since they are so busy and seem to get much repeat service from good reputation, I don't get the feeling that they want to do unnecessary work or part replacement just to increase their revenue.

They are great. They keep my '99 Camry (that the dealer said to kill 6 years ago) driving as if new. I regularly drive to Florida and Michigan no problem. The only sad thing is that I got a $30 off coupon in the mail from them the day after the work was done... oh well!
