I was having transmission problems with my mini and talked to Tam over the phone. He asked me a bunch of questions about how the dealer had handled the problem then said he'd like to drive it to be sure. He did and gave me a diagnosis on the spot. Not good news but he was really helpful, fair and knowledgeable. I would definitely go back to these guys (unfortunately it'll have to be with a new car).

I've had very good experiences at MINHS. They always have delivered what they said they would. They are very transparent. No complaints on the service either. The workmanship has been excellent. After the last service (replacement of heater core), I picked up my car and found that it had been washed! A nice touch there.
