No complaints: they took a reservation over the phone, contacted me with an estimate, held the car overnight when I couldn't pick it up, and the final charge was very reasonable.

Minh's was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with and eventually replacing the clutch on my '97 328i, and very tolerant of my taking my time in deciding whether or not I wanted to replace it. I wish they had been more willing to negotiate on the price, but such is life.

I checked the parts list. I could have gotten it cheaper elsewhere, but parts bought online don't come with the MINHS labor and parts warranty, plus the price differential wasn't that much different. MINHS is professional, courteous and generally on-time. I also looked up the labor estimate and it was: 1) Actual maintenance that was required; 2) Reasonably priced given the level of service. Worth the drive out to Brooklyn.

Service was very good. Pricing was very reasonable. Staff was very helpful. The only slight negative was that the relatively minor repairs took three days, which seemed excessive.

I recently purchased what could closely be called a "lemon". MINHS Auto were honest, patient and really friendly. They gave me an honest assessment of the what needed to be repaired and worked diligently to get to the source of the problem. In most situation this could an auto shops lucky day to charge me until my pockets bleed, but MINHS, they were actually looking out for me and really helped me keep costs down. I had a very positive experience and will continue to trust my current and future car to MINHS.
