Highly recommend! Very impressed with quality of work & speed of service. I brought my car in fully thinking my brakes had worn down to the rotors. MINHS mechanics were straightforward & honest & informed me my brake pads had approximately 40% left of wear on the front tires & 60% on the rear tires. They could have taken advantage of me & I likely would not have verified because I did not have the time & already believed my brakes were down to the rotors. However, they did point out some other issues going on with my vehicle but left it up to me if I wanted to repair...no pressure & detailed report. Dropped off my Subaru on a Monday afternoon & they had my vehicle ready to go by Wednesday at noon. Car runs better than ever. Based on stereotypes, I was very skeptical about getting my car worked on in the city, let alone in Brooklyn. I was wrong & will definitely be returning to this place & this place alone for all vehicle issues. Have already recommended to several people since my visit.

No complaints: they took a reservation over the phone, contacted me with an estimate, held the car overnight when I couldn't pick it up, and the final charge was very reasonable.

Minh's was very helpful in diagnosing the problem with and eventually replacing the clutch on my '97 328i, and very tolerant of my taking my time in deciding whether or not I wanted to replace it. I wish they had been more willing to negotiate on the price, but such is life.
