Michael was a true gentleman and was clear in his explanations and advices. The overall cost of the repairs on the car was quite something but i feel confident we did the best choice to be able to ride my vehicule for another 90000 miles, at least.

I found this place while doing a search for mechanics that work on Mini Coopers in the area. I needed a general inspection and didn't want to go to the dealership and get fleeced (especially since my Mini is 4 years old and off-warranty). I wasn't sure what to expect based on the reviews I'd read (suspecting they might be skewed in favor of the shop) but made an appointment anyway. I was very pleasantly surprised. Vinny took my work order. A half-hour after dropping my car off, he called with a suggested list of things that needed to be done, some of which I was already aware, and other things that could be done but could wait, but I never felt like I was getting a hard sell. They are very courteous, their work is thorough, prompt and reasonably priced. I was very happy with them and I will be back for future work.

The last time I went to them, I was told there was a leak someplace in the ac system, but it was too small to find. A year later I go back (ac issues) and they tell me there is no leak and the system was actually overcharged. They are the only people that have touched my car, so I am a bit confused by the discrepancy. However, ac is now working. Other complaint, I brought a coupon and although it didn't say on there that it was only to be used M-F it listed the hours as M-F and I was told I couldn't use the coupon. If I had realized, I would have waited and brought the car during the week. Outside of those two things, I have been going to them to years and trust them, which I can't say about most mechanics. The work is always done in a timely manner.

Excellent and quick service on our new used Bmw. Very professional and quick to answer questions and provide good opinions on work needed.

If you are ever unsure who you should trust to fix your car, you should trust MINHS. They provide a professional well lit environment where you can feel safe to leave your car. They were always transparent with how much it would cost and would only do work if I approved it first. They are not the cheapest option but if you want to go somewhere without leaving with a headache then MINHS is your choice. I will be taking my car back there for future repairs.

Unbelievable Service, Tam is the man!!!!!!!!

The service was excellent! When I brought in my 1997 BMW 528i, it had quite a few issues but I was given options to have a sufficient amount of service done in order to drive safely on the road. This provided me with options when go for a trade-in during the next year. Andre
