A bunch of good guys. Had the pleasure of speaking to Mike initially and he was very knowledgeable, understanding, polite and courteous! Upon drop-off of my vehicle, I was greeted by Kevin, who as well, was very courteous, knowledgeable and polite. These gentlemen show all the signs of a good team, that takes the time to listen to your concerns and provide you with excellence and top notch quality assistance. Their prices are fare work was done to my satisfaction. I also like the fact that they provide you with a list of possible repair work that will be needed in the future. Overall, a very good team of technicians!

Not impressed at all. "Sam" spent more time looking up my car info on the web that working on my car plus all the time taking pictures of every part on my car that he could. "Free Diagnostic" is a marketing technique to find something wrong so they can increase the cost of repair so it's not free. Plus they have a sneaky charge of 15$ for "Shop Fee" I was told was for rags and solvents! What nonsense! no mechanic charges that not even the dealers! Sam listed old codes that were resolved years ago. Plus my Air Conditioner didn't work afterwards. I went back to my regular mechanic when he returned from vacation and he said the A/C electronics control panel was broken. Never again
