Basically gave me bs excuse of why they didn't want to touch my vehicle. All around hassle and waste of time. Was requiring a basic diagnostic for an overheating issue, but was told bc my car was serviced before, they were unable to touch it. Highly disappointed

The diagnosis you were seeking was far from standard. As you noted, the vehicle had already undergone several extensive and costly repairs—including a cylinder head replacement—in unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. In fact, due to the complexity of the situation, your mechanic accompanied the car to provide a detailed account of the previous work performed. Given the extensive repair history and the lack of resolution despite significant prior efforts, we made the decision to decline further involvement. We did so respectfully, as we did not want to assume responsibility for a situation with a high risk of continued complications and an uncertain outcome. We wish you the best in finding a shop that can assist you moving forward.
