Nothing more I can say this is what the mechanic experience should be like. You go in, you drop off the car, you explain the issues, they take their time, they inspect it, they give a diagnosis, and then you move from there. It's a clean shop, it's an organized shop, it's a professional shop, and personally I think Jason is fantastic.

Very attentive service and not pushy. The evaluation process is well documented so I could see for myself exactly what had to be done. Tough location and not the cheapest, but I'll still go back.

I had become a bit skeptical and lumped nearly every other garage with the same thought. How much is it gonna cost me and what am I gonna be upsold on!!? 😂 Well, let me tell you, MINHS do exactly as promised on the tin! Friendly 1-1 customer service and detailed inspection list was exemplary from booking to pick up via Joel and Mike. The repairs list was only what was needed despite my initial insistence that I needed a certain service doing, they called me back and said we inspected and found an alternative fault casing the issue, so we’re going to remove the $1200 from your bill. That to me blew my mind and gave me every confidence that I’ll be taking my Mini back here for many years to come.

Worked with Michael to service my 2021 Subaru Crosstrek. Even though this shop specializes in European cars, they work with everybody. I just got my oil changed at another shop and wanted to get a CVT drain and fill service, but that shop didn't offer it. I saw the great reviews, gave MINHS a call, and they quoted me $400 for the transmission service. In the end, they also included a complimentary inspection (including photos, which they sent me via text in an online portal) and they ran my car through the car wash for free as well. In the end, service and labor only cost me $261.06. From now on, I will only be bringing my car here. They took great care of it and were transparent and professional, giving me a fully detailed quote before and a detailed, itemized receipt after.
