I brought my Audi Q5 in for a complete diagnostic, as the engine light was illuminated, and the Audi service was not addressing the issue effectively. They exceeded my expectations by ensuring I was fully informed about all the problems with my vehicle, complete with links and videos that clarified the issues. Kevin, my exceptional service advisor, communicated everything to me with great clarity.

Our 2016 GTI had a damaged clutch and starter. The MINHS team started the diagnosis with a full car inspection and sent us a complete report that included the causes for the car failure and the fixes required, as well as a list of maintenance work needed in the near future, including the associated cost for each item. The team clearly understands the importance of customer service and treated us with respect and friendliness. They gave us a thorough explanation of their recommendations and the reasons for the costs. While their service fees are not inexpensive, they do reflect the high quality of their work. Our car is now working well again.

I wish they had a Referral Incentive and a Loaner Car if the car needs to be fixed overnight, or Uber/Lyft reimbursements.

Minh’s truly goes above and beyond to get your car back on the road. All of the staff is courteous, upfront and provides the utmost care and attention to detail to your vehicle. After going to several shops closer to me in north Brooklyn/Queens, Minh’s has become my go-to even though it’s a minimum 40m with traffic. That should say something about their customer service and craftsmanship. Take it from someone who’s tried the rest. I’m sticking with the best, and so should you.
