To make long story short, brought my 2014 Porsche 911 in, got an oil change. The day I picked it up after 25 minutes of driving I got stranded in the highway because the engine was overheating notification on dash said “no coolant” I WALKED to the nearest AutoZone and bought coolant. Filled up and drove for maybe 5 minutes and got the notification again so I get out and check the rear to find out the car had major coolant leak. Had to get the car towed after waiting for about two hours in 85 degree weather. Never going there again.

I’ve been taking my BMW to Minhs for many years and have always been extremely happy with them. Thorough inspections, explanations and work.

Basically gave me bs excuse of why they didn't want to touch my vehicle. All around hassle and waste of time. Was requiring a basic diagnostic for an overheating issue, but was told bc my car was serviced before, they were unable to touch it. Highly disappointed

The diagnosis you were seeking was far from standard. As you noted, the vehicle had already undergone several extensive and costly repairs—including a cylinder head replacement—in unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue. In fact, due to the complexity of the situation, your mechanic accompanied the car to provide a detailed account of the previous work performed. Given the extensive repair history and the lack of resolution despite significant prior efforts, we made the decision to decline further involvement. We did so respectfully, as we did not want to assume responsibility for a situation with a high risk of continued complications and an uncertain outcome. We wish you the best in finding a shop that can assist you moving forward.

I couldn’t be happier with how Minhs treats my car. We had a car a number of years ago but ended up having to sell it. The estimates are broken out by parts and then labor. I’ve recommended them to friends over the years.

Today I had the brake rotors and pads replaced on my BMW 3 Series. The entire experience was excellent. All the staff were very friendly and professional. A special shout-out to Jason—he really knows his stuff and was very helpful throughout the process. The quote I received was even a bit cheaper than what the BMW dealer offered, and they completed everything the same day. If you're looking for reliable and knowledgeable service for your German car, I highly recommend this place!
